i love the idea of knee-highs with short skirts or dresses. i actually considered wearing a pair today. it's hard to know if this is the sort of thing that only tall people can wear. i'm not usually one to say "oh, i can't wear this color" or "oh, i can't wear this shape" etc etc, but i just don't know if there is literally enough leg on me to be able to wear these things. hmmmm....
